贵州省辣椒产业发展现状与展望

为提升贵州辣椒整体质量效益和市场竞争力,通过从产业布局、品种资源、加工能力、市场体系、品牌影响、群众增收等方面总结贵州辣椒产业近年来发展取得的成效,剖析当前发展辣椒产业存在市场竞争加剧、基础设施薄弱、标准化水平不高、生态环保压力大等方面的问题与挑战,并从政策保障、资源禀赋、产业链条方面分析发展的机遇,随后提出了在“十四五”期间贵州省辣椒产业发展建议,如加大基础设施建设、着力提升质量效益、加快提升加工能力、加强市场体系建设等。

Current Situation and Prospect of Pepper Industry Development in Guizhou Province

Abstract: In order to improve the overall quality benefits and market competitiveness of Guizhou pepper, the achievement of the development of Guizhou pepper industry in recent years was summarized from the aspects of industrial layout, cultivar resources, processing capacity, market system, brand influence and people''s income increase, and the problems and challenges existing in the current development of pepper industry were analyzed, such as intensified market competition, weak infrastructure, low standardization level and high pressure on ecological environmental protection. The development opportunities were analyzed from the aspects of policy guarantee, resource endowment and industrial chain, and then suggestions for the development of pepper industry in Guizhou province were put forward, such as increasing infrastructure construction, focusing on improving quality and efficiency, accelerating the improvement of processing capacity, strengthening the construction of market system and so on.
