广东省推广油菜多功能利用技术的SWOT分析

总结了广东省油菜多功能利用的模式及其特点、应用现状,其中模式包括“菜用+油用”“观花+油用”“蜜源+油用”“观花+蜜源+油用”“菜用+绿肥”“菜用+花用+蜜用+油用”“菜用+花用+蜜用+绿肥”“菜用+花用+蜜用+饲用”等,在此基础上利用SWOT分析法分析了广东省油菜多功能利用的气候、品种、产品、市场等优势,规模小、品种知名度不高、产业链不健全等劣势,人才、旅游、销售等方面的机遇及自然灾害、研发队伍不足、劳动力成本高等方面的挑战,并提出了广东省发展油菜产业的建议,如选育新品种、延长产业链等。

SWOT Analysis of Popularizing Rape Multifunctional Utilization Technology in Guangdong Province

Abstract: The patterns, characteristics and application status of multi-functional utilization of rapeseed in Guangdong province were summarized, including "vegetable+oil" "flower+oil" "honey source+oil" "flower+honey source+oil" "vegetable + green fertilizer" "vegetable+flower + honey+oil" "vegetable+flower+honey+green fertilizer, "vegetable+flower+honey+green fertilizer" "vegetable+flower+honey+forage" and so on. On this basis, the advantages of multi-function utilization of rape in Guangdong province in terms of climate, cultivars, products and markets, the disadvantages of small scale, low popularity of cultivars and imperfect industrial chain, the opportunities of talents, tourism and sales, and the challenges in terms of natural disasters, insufficient teams of research and development and high labor costs were analyzed by SWOT analysis method. Finally, the suggestions for the development of rape industry in Guangdong province were put forward, containing breeding new cultivars, extending the industrial chain and so on.
