不同韭菜品种根和叶对低磷胁迫生理适应性的研究

摘    要:采用水培法在不同磷水平胁迫下对4个韭菜品种的生物量、根冠比及酸性磷酸酶(APase)的活性进行了研究。结果表明:随着磷浓度的降低,各品种根冠比明显增大,且791雪韭和甜脆791增幅较大;酸性磷酸酶活性上升幅度也存在差异,随着胁迫强度加大,耐低磷品种的酸性磷酸酶活性上升幅度高于低磷敏感品种。

Abstract:Using the water culture method,the biomass,ratio of root to shoot and APase activity of four Chinese chive varieties under various phosphorus deficiency stress were researched.The result showed that the ratio of root to shoot significantly increased with the reduction of phosphorus concentration,and the varieties 791 xuejiu and Tiancui 791 had larger increase;there were differences in APase activity increase,the phosphorus APase activity increase of resistance variety was higher than the phosphorus-sensitive varieties with the stress intensity increase.
