不同环境效应对西瓜果实可溶性固形物含量的QTL的影响

摘    要:利用西瓜栽培品种97103和野生品种PI296341-FR为亲本构建重组自交系群体及其分子遗传连锁图谱,在新疆和北京不同生长环境中对果实可溶性固形物含量进行QTL比较分析。结果表明,共检测到6个QTL, 两种环境中能重复检出的QTL 1个,这些QTL在不同的环境中的加性效应方向一致,但遗传效应差异较大,表明数量性状基因的表达易受环境的影响。根据不同环境条件下的QTL比较分析结果,认为第6连锁组群的qSSC-6a 可能是控制可溶性固形物含量性状表达的主要QTL位点。

Abstract:Quantitative trait loci for watermelon soluble solid content were mapped in the molecular genetic linkage map constructed from the RILs derived from the reciprocal cross of 97103 and PI296341 - FR in two different environments. Six QTLs were detected totally. One QTL can be detected in two environments. The directions of the additive effect of these QTLs were identical in different environments however the additive effect values of these QTLs were different. This result demonstrates that the expression of soluble solid content trait is easily influenced by the environments. The QTL qSSC - 6a may be the main loci controlling the expression of soluble solid content trait based on the analysis.
