龙眼正反交杂种后代果实经济性状遗传倾向研究

以晚熟龙眼‘立冬本’、‘苗翘’正反交的54个杂种后代单株为材料，研究了正反交杂种后代的单果重、果形指数、果肉厚度、核重、可食率、可溶性固形物含量等果实经济性状的遗传倾向。结果表明：正反交杂种后代单果重有趋小的倾向，果肉厚度和可溶性固形物含量有超亲的倾向，果核重、可食率呈趋中的倾向，果形指数变异小，趋于近圆形。流汁程度和果肉质地在后代中表现受母本的影响大。其它性状受‘立冬本’品种特性影响较大，倾向于果梗软韧、果实排列较紧密、皮青褐色、汁液多。正反交后代均存在超亲子代，表现出一定的杂种优势。

Genetic Tendency of Fruit Electric Characters in Reciprocal Crosses Hybrid Progeny of Longan

54 hybrid progenies from reciprocal cross between late-maturing Longan cultivars‘Lidongben’and ‘Biew kiew’were used to analyze the genetic tendency of main fruit economic characters such as single fruit weight, fruit shape index, thickness of fruit pulp, seed weight, edible rate and total soluble solids. The results showed that single fruit weight of hybrid progenies trended to become smaller, thickness of fruit pulp and total soluble solids showed a tendency to transcend the parents, seed weight and edible rate trended to be mediate, fruit shape index had little variation, fruit shape was similar to round one. The degree of oozing juice and fruit pulp texture of hybrid progenies were more influenced by female parent. The other characters of hybrid progenies were greatly influenced by‘Lidongben’, for example, the fruit stalk was soft and tough, fruit arrangement was tight, the color of fruit skin was greenish brown, juice of fresh was rich. Filial generation from reciprocal cross both transcend the parents, showed certain heterosis.
