摘    要:本文对从澳大利亚入境水苔(Sphagnum sp.)植物上截获的线虫Achlysiella williamsi的形态特征及其测计值进行了描述。其形态特征与Hunt等1989年记述比较,未成熟雌虫虫体偏长,a、b′、尾长和透明尾长偏大,c值、V值偏小,尾端在个体间有差异,有的光滑,有的具圆齿。该线虫曾用名为威廉姆斯穿孔线虫(Radopholus williamsi)。A.williamsi线虫隶属短体科(Pratylenchidae),穿孔亚科(Radopholinae),是Achlysiella建属模式种类,属迁移性内寄生或半内寄生线虫,主要危害甘蔗(Saccharum sp.)。

Abstract:A new species, Achlysiella williamsi, intercepted on Sphagnum sp. from Australia, was identified. The morphological characteristics and measurements were described. Compared with the population described by Hunt (1989), the immature female is characterized by longer body length with bigger value in a, b′,and the longer length of tail and hyaline, less value in c and V. The shape of tail terminal is variable within the same population group, smooth or crenate. Achlysiella n. gen. is proposed with A. williamsi (Siddiqi, 1964) n. comb. (syn. Radopholus williamsi) as type species. The new genus is close to Radopholus s.s., particularly in the form of the soil living vermiform stages, but different in a number of morphological and, particularly biological and characters. The juveniles and adult males do not feed. The obese female is endo or semi endoparasitic. Saccharum sp. is recorded as the main host.
