| Abstract: | Using the speech synthesis engine provided by Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 speech development package, it is developed an intelligent Speech Alarm System based on .NET which can read the texts written in both Chinese and English, and can provide helps for reasonable anangement of peoples＇ study and work. This system is page-friendly, and easy to operate. |
