| 摘 要： | 目的]对桑树枝条（Morus alba L．）茎皮的化学成分进行研究。方法]采用超声波乙醇浸提法和硅胶柱色谱分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果]从桑树枝条茎皮提取物中共分离鉴定出11种化合物，分别为：白藜芦醇（Ⅰ）、桑色素（Ⅱ）、β-谷甾醇（Ⅲ）、槲皮素（Ⅳ）、桑辛素A（V）、桑辛素B（Ⅵ）、桑辛素C（Ⅶ）、桑辛素D（Ⅷ）、桑辛素E（Ⅸ）、桑辛素F（X）、桑辛素G（Ⅺ）。结论]白藜芦醇是首次从该植物中分离出的已知化合物。

| Abstract: | Objective]The research aimed to study the chemical composition of Morus alba L..Method]The methods of ultrasonic ethanol extraction and silica gel chromatography separation and purification were used to identify the structure based on the physical and chemical properties and spectral data.Results]The results indicated that 11 kinds of compounds were isolated from extracts of Morus alba L.: resveratrol,morin,β-sitosterol,quercetin,moracin A,moracin B,moracin C,moracin D,moracin E,moracin F,moracin G.Conclusion]Resveratrol is the first time isolated from Morus alba L. |
