2012年青海省国家级鼠疫监测点监测结果分析

摘    要:分析2012年青海省4个国家级鼠疫监测点的监测结果,为进一步制定鼠疫预防控制措施提供科学依据.按《全国鼠疫监测工作方案》和《青海省鼠疫监测方案》的要求,对监测点主要宿主动物和媒介昆虫进行病原学和血清学监测;采用路线法调查旱獭密度、五米夹线法调查小型啮齿动物种类和数量分布;对检获的宿主动物体的媒介昆虫进行分类鉴定和计数.结果表明4个监测点的平均旱獭密度为0.039只/hm2,早獭平均蚤指数为0.021,染蚤率 2.13%,共检测各类动物材料938份,检出鼠疫菌2株,检测动物血清536份,IHA阳性2份.

Analysis Results of Plague In National Monitoring Site of Qinghai Province in 2012

Abstract:To provide scientific evidence analyzed in four states, level plague sites in surveillance programme and Qinghai for plague Qinghai prevention and control measures,the monitoring results were province in 2012. Method, according to the national plague plague monitoring scheme, etiology and serology of the main host animl and insect vectors are monitored. Marmota bobak density was surveyed by using route. Rodent animal species and quantity distribution was surveyed by Five clamp method. Insect vectors in host animal were classified, identificated and counted. Results, marmot density in four monitoring sites was 0.039/hm2 on average. Average fleas index in marmot was 0.021. infected fleas rate was 2.13 % o Total animal material of 938 was monitored, the 2 strains of yersinia pestis were checked out, animal serum of 536 was monitored ,21 HA positive was found. Conclusion, animal plague epidemic were is still active In national monitoring site in Yushu county and Wulan county of Qinghai province
