汽车离合器壳体泄漏测试站的设计

摘    要:根据汽车离合器壳体的结构特点,采用机械与电气自动化控制相结合的方法,利用气体泄漏测试仪对离合器壳体的内在质量(气孔、砂眼、断芯等)进行检测。介绍气体泄漏测试站的工作原理、所需设备及检测方法,为汽车离合器壳体的质量检测提供依据。

Abstract:In view of the structure characteristics of automobile clutch shell, the methods of combining mechanical and electrical automation control, and gas leakage tester were adopted to detect clutch housing quality (pores, trachoma, core fracture). The gas leakage test principle, station equipment required and detection methods were dealt with in this article in a bid to provide the basis for quality inspection of automobile clutch housing.
