This article makes analysis of the necessity and feasibility to improve students＆#39; learning initiative of food nutrition and detection major, and explore the important roles of teachers＆#39; classroom expressions, multimedia, interactive teaching, and inquiry teaching in stimulating students＆#39; learning initiative. |
