基于Himert变换与Chirp—Z变换的闪变检测

摘    要:为减少电压波动和闪变带来的危害,必须对其进行有效检测,为评估及补偿环节提供准确的量值依据。提出基于Hilbea变换和Chirp—Z变换的闪变测量改进方法,应用Matlab软件对该检测方法进行仿真,并用实测数据进行验证。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效检测闪变,结果具有较高的精度。

Abstract:In order to reduce the harm of voltage fluctuation and flicker, effective measurement is necessary for providing accurate pa-rametem needed in evaluation and compensation. An evaluating method based on Hilhert transform and Chirp-Z transform is proposed. The method is simulated by Matlab software and verified by the measured data. The results of simulation and verification show that the precision of this method is in line with IEC standards.
