| 摘 要： | 应用溴麝香草酚蓝试验测定牛乳pH值的方法,对来自青海省门源县大滩地区农牧户户饲养的500头奶牛进行了奶牛乳房炎的测定;结果检出：奶牛阳性乳汁52份,乳房炎阳性率为10.4％.这说明在该地区的牛群中存在着奶牛乳房炎的感染.

| Abstract: | 500 cows raised in farmers from Datan region of MenYuan county were tested to determine mastiffs of dairy cow by determining PH value of milk with bromothymol blue . The results showed that there were 52 positive milk of dairy cow. The positive rate of mastiffs was 10.4%. This indicated that this area existed infection of mastitis. |
