兔眼越桔芽增生诱导培养基及激素的筛选

摘    要:利用固体培养方式,对兔眼越桔(Vaccinium ashei Reade)5个栽培品种的茎段进行了芽诱导增殖试验(采用的基本培养基有:MS、WPM和Anderson,采用的激素有:6-BA、ZT和NAA)。试验结果表明:(1)MS、WPM、Andrson培养基都适宜于芽的增殖,MS和WPM培养基较Anderson培养基表现好;(2)激素组合以6-BA5mg/L ZT1mg/L NAA0.2mg/L和6-BA5mg/L ZT2mg/L NAA0.3mg/L为好。

Abstract:The experiment of inducing the propagation of rabbiteye blueberry( Vaccinium ashei Reade)shoots from stem segments of five cultivated varieties by way of solid cultivation was conducted(MS?WPM and Anderson as basic media were applied respectively, and hormones used were 6 BA?ZT and NAA) The results showed that MS? WPM and Anderson were all suitable for the propagation of shoots while the former two were more effective than the third; hormone combination with 6 BA 5 mg/ L+ZT 1 mg/L+NAA 0 2 mg/L and 6 BA 5 mg/L+ZT 2 mg/L+ NAA 0 3 mg/L was the best,and good media were established successfully
