摘    要:为了给白魔芋保护地栽培提供理论依据,分别以白色、红色、绿色、蓝色、紫色薄膜覆盖大棚种植白魔芋,不覆膜为对照(CK),研究不同光质对白魔芋生长及产量的影响。试验结果表明,覆膜处理较对照提早15 d左右出苗;蓝膜处理抑制叶柄长度和粗度的增长,而红膜处理促进叶柄长度和粗度的增长;红膜处理100 d时壮苗指数最高,为43.43,显著高于对照和其他有色膜处理,比对照提高52.44%;蓝膜处理叶绿素含量最高,为8.17 mg/g(干样质量),较对照提高32.17%;红膜处理球茎葡甘聚糖(KGM)含量最高,为60.55%,较对照提高18.24%;红膜处理产量最高,为2517.13 kg/667 m2,较对照提高28.86%,较白膜提高7.82%。

Abstract:In order to provide a theoretical reference for protected cultivation of , we cultivated in greenhouses which were covered with white, red, green, blue or purple plastic film, and studied effects of different light qualities on growth and yield of . The results showed that, the seeding stage of film treatment was 15 days earlier than the control. The blue film treatment inhibited the increase of petiole length and diameter. The red film treatment promoted the increase of petiole length and diameter. After red film treating with 100 days, seedling index of red film was 43.43, which was significantly higher than the control and other colored plastic film treatments, and it was higher than control by 52.44%. The chlorophyll content of blue film treatment was the highest, which was 8.17 mg/g, it increased 32.17% than control. The KGM content of red film treatment was the highest, which was 60.55%, and it was higher than control by 18.24%. The yield of red film treatment was the highest, which was 2 517.13 kg/667 m2, and it was higher than control and white plastic film by 28.86%and 7.82%respectively.
