摘 要: | 全生育期,马铃薯丰产群体和一般群体植株的叶片和茎秆非还原糖含量的日变化趋势相同,呈昼高夜低的抛物线式变化。叶片中非还原糖含量始终较低,日变幅不大。茎秆中非还原糖含量及日变化幅度均随生育进程而增大,前期一般群体较高,后期丰产群体较高。各生育时期,两群体植株块茎非还原糖含量及日变化大体一致,基本呈夜高昼低的变化趋势,且变幅较小,其含量均随生育时期的推移而逐渐降低。全生育期,两群体叶片非还原糖含量始终最低,块茎的含量前中期最高,后期茎秆含量最高,其次是块茎,叶片最低。

Abstract: | The diurual variations of non-reducing sugar content in leaves and stemsof both high yield and common yield population plants show the parabolicchange,that is high in daytime and low at night.Both non-reducing sugarcortent and its diurnal variation range in stems increase with growth.Ingeneral,the non-reducing sugar content and its diurnal variation in bothpopulation tubers show similar trend,that is high at night and low indaytime.The content of non-reducing sugar is lowest in both population leavesthroughout the growing period.The content of non-reducing sugar is highestin tubers at early-middle stage,but highest in stems at late stage. |
