轴流式脱粒装置脱粒性能的试验研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的试验台,对切向喂入的水稻轴流脱粒装置进行了多因素的性能试验,得出了脱粒方式、风速、脱粒口开度、喂入量和未脱损失率、跑风损失率、总损失率等性能指标的试验结果。该研究为进一步研究脱粒装置脱粒工艺的优化,提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Multi-factor performance experiments of the tangential feed paddy axical threshing device were done using self-developed test-bed.The experimental results showed the relation between threshing mode,wind speed,threshing mouth opening,feed rate and unthreshed loss rate,air leakage loss rate,total loss rate,etc.The research provided basic theories for the following optimization process research of threshing device.
