油松种子园无性系再选择及优良家系的评价

摘    要:2001年~2003年对油松种子园花粉量、球果量等数量性状进行连续3a的调查、观测,通过多元统计和聚类分析等,初步将园内118个无性系分成4类,其中有16个为1类无性系。为了进一步证实在遗传品质上是否属于优良的基因型,具有良好的配合力,于2003年~2004年进行了子代测定,结果表明:有21个无性系在苗高、地径生长量上明显高于其它无性系,分别超出对照60.5%和98.42%,一般配合力高且均为正效应值,可以认定它们是属于遗传型优良、种性好的优良家系,为营建高世代种子园提供了物质基础。

Abstract:Investigation and observation on strobile,staminate flowers and flower season of quantitative characters in clonal seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis carr were done during the year 2001 to 2003.According to multiple statistics and clustering analysis, the results showed that ,118 clones were divided into 4 groups and 16 clones among them were the first grade clone. In order to prove whether they belonged to the surperior genotype in genetic qualities and possessed intact combining ability , progeny test were done from the year 2003 to 2004.The results showed that,19 clones among them were obviously higher than others in the growth increments of seedling height and collar diameter,exceeded that in check by 60.5% and 98.42% respectively.They were also obtaining the higher general combining ability ,however, they were all the value of positive effects.So they belonged to the fine family of good genotype and fine seed characteristics. They had also provided the substancial basis for constructing the super seed orchard.
