小麦禾谷镰刀菌毒素抗性系的筛选及抗性特性

摘    要:以稳定生长的小麦(抗盐03×No18)F1花药愈伤组织为材料,小麦强致病禾谷镰刀菌的粗毒素为选择剂,进行抗毒素变异细胞系的离体筛选。结果从多步正筛选系统和一步正筛选系统分别获得抗性变异细胞系KNr-a和KNr-b.抗性系的毒素抗性具有显著提高,且其细胞膜透性、硝酸还原酶活性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、游离氨基酸组成均发生了明显变化。据此提出了细胞水平上禾谷镰刀菌毒素作用的机理及抗性变异细胞系对毒素表现出一定抗性的可能原因

Abstract:The wheat variant cell lines resistant to Fusarium graminearum toxin, KNr-a and KNr-b, were selected through multi-step selection system and one-step selection system from stably-growing wheat (Kangyan 03×No18) F1 generation anther.Resistance character analysis showed these two resistance lines had raised their toxin resistance to Fusarium graminearum significantly. Their plasma membrance permeability,NR activity,PAL activity,free amino acid contents and peroxidese isozyme bands were all changed.Hence,the mechanism of the toxic effect at cell level was primarily put forward,explaining in some degree some of the reasons why the resistance variant cell lines had certain resistance to the toxin.
