| 摘 要： | 本试验采用艾维茵父母代种母鸡5000只,在育雏期间,分组采用中草药制剂———金鸡散按高、中、低三个剂量拌料,同时设立氟哌酸药物对照,记录鸡的增重及死亡情况并核算经济效益。结果发现,金鸡散制剂对雏鸡有明显的增重作用,试验结束时,高、中、低三个剂量组体重分别可达标准体重的94.38%、88.75%、87.29%,同空白组(81.42%)相比,差异均在显著水平以上;育雏死亡率分别下降为1.3%、1.2%、2.1%(空白组死亡率为2.4%)。分析经济效益发现,应用高、中、低三个剂量金鸡散后,每千只鸡可减少鸡苗损失金额分别为68.52、108.36、19.98元(扣除药费)。综合增重、成活率及减少经济损失三方面因素,以金鸡散中剂量拌料饲喂为最佳用药方案,药物投资28.44元,每只鸡多增重30克,降低死亡率50%,减少经济损失108元以上。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of a Chinese herbal medicine---Jin Ji San on the livability and weigh t gain of chicks,5000Avian parent broilers were divided randomly into5groups.After 5days medicating int o the feeds of high(2%),medium(1%)or low(0.5%)doses of JJS separately,Medium dose group was the best one of t hem.It could reduce the death rate by 50%.At the same time ,it could improve the economic value by more than 108yuan,when compared with no medication group. |
