| 摘 要： | 建立了超高效液相色谱-质谱／质谱测定禽蛋制品中三聚氰胺的方法。用2％乙酸溶液提取试样中的三聚氰胺，提取液经乙腈稀释后，以超高效液相色谱-质谱／质谱法测定。三聚氰胺的最低检测限为0．05mg／kg，加标回收率为89．4％-98．3％，相对标准偏差为3．35％-6．37％。

| Abstract: | A method for determination of melamine in poultry egg products by UPLC-MS/MS was established.The sample was extracted with 2% acetic acid solution,diluted with acetonitrile,and then detected by UPLC-MS/MS.The detectable limit of melamine was 0.05 mg/kg.The recovery of melamine was 89.4%～98.3% with the RSD of 3.35%～6.37%. |
