| 摘 要： | 对人参锈腐病[Cylindrocarpon destructans (Zinss) Scholten)的病根组织和健根组织进行了多种有机物的分析。结果表明,在病根中人参总皂甙、淀粉、总糖和6种氨基酸的含量减少。但脂肪酸、木质素、还原糖和10种氨基酸的含量比健参根增加。

| Abstract: | Roots of ginseng(Panax ginseng) from diseased(with Cylindrocarpon des-tructans) and healthy plants were processed for the analysis of many organic materials.The experiments showed that the content of total saponins,starch,total sugars,6 amino acids in the diseased roots decreased and the content of fatty acids,lignin,reducing sugar,10 amino acids were higher than those in healthy ginseng roots. |
