摘    要: 本文研究了几种重金属离子(Hg++,Cd++,Cu++,Ni++,Zn++,Pb++)对一些水霉生长和繁殖的毒性,结果表明重金属离子对水霉的产孢比对水霉的生长毒性大,Hg++和Cd++对水霉的生长毒性最小,Ni++和Cu++次之,Zn++和Pb++最小,而对水霉产孢毒性最小的是Cu++,其次是Hg++,Cd++和Ni++,Zn++和Pb++毒性最小。不同菌的生长和繁殖对重金属离子的反应也有所差异,结果还体现了用于植物病害防治的铜制剂主要是抑制病菌的繁殖。本文对水霉用于检测重金属污染的前途进行了讨论。

Abstract:Toxicity of heavy metal ions (Hg++,Cd++,Ni++,Cu++,Zn++,Pb++)to the vegetative growth and reproduction of some species of water molds including Achlya americana,A.oblongata,Aphanomyces laevis and Saprolegnia ferax were investigated.The results showed that the toxicity of the ions to the vegetative growth of the fungi is stronger than that to the reproduction.Hg++ and Cd++ showed the highest toxicity to the vegetative growth of the fungi,Ni++ and Cu++ showed the intermediate toxicity and Zn++ and Pb++ the lowest.On the other hand,the highest toxic effect on the reproduction of the fungi was showon in the order of Cu++,Hg++,Cd++,Ni++,Zn++,Pb++.Therefore effects of heavy metal ions on the growth and reproduction of the fungus were different.It also throws light on the mechanism of the preparation of Cu++ in controling plant disease in that the pathogenesis is inhibited by the inhibition of the sexual and asexual reproduction of the pathogens by Cu++.The possibility of using water molds to monitor heavy metal pollution is discussed.
