几种作物田间试验样本平均数估测的样本容量探究

摘    要:本试验以大麦、小麦、水稻、大豆、小豆5种作物9个植株群体作为研究对象,通过计算机模拟进行随机抽样,从而获得田间试验连续性数据的样本平均数分析所需的取样容量,研究表明:(1) 作物群体的变异系数因农艺性状而异,而且供试材料间也有一定的差异,根据变异系数的大小可将所研究的农艺性状分为3类.(2)农艺性状的取样容量与样本平均数的变异系数呈幂函数曲线关系:Y=b·N~(-1/2).(3)用直线方程Y=α+βX以tg10°、tg5°为斜率作 Y=b·N~(-1/2)曲线的切线,以切点将曲线分为3部分,即变异系数变化的剧烈区、过渡区和平缓区,取样容量区在过渡区内为宜,变异系数小的农艺性状取样容量为10~20株,变异系数大的农艺性状取样容量为30株左右,综合3类性状取样容量为25株,相当于总体变异系数的20%左右.

Abstract:The test object is nine plant populations of five crops. They are barleywheat. rice oybean and adzuki ean. y random sampling of computer analogue, thesampling capicity average continuous data of field test was made and nalyzed nessarysampling capicity. The research shows that: (1) The variation coefficient of crop popula-tion is fferent from their agronomic charcters of test varieties but thereare some differ-ence among the test varieties. cording to the variation coefficient devided theagronomic characters into three groups. (2) Between the sampling picity of agrinomiccharacters and variation. Coefficient of sample average is power fuction curve:Y=b·N~(-1/2). ) sing straight line equation Y=α+βX and taking tg10°, tg5° asslope Y=b·N~(1/2), angent rve, rom point of tangency devided the curve into threeparts, they are violent transition nd table f the change of variation coefficient, Sam-ple capicity is good for transtion part. The conomic haracters that is variationcoefficient is samll sample 10~20 plants. The economic aracters that is ariationcoefficient is big sample about 30 plants. Overall the character sampling capicity ofthree rts s 25 plants, it is qual to total variation coefficient about 20%.
