几种作物田间试验样本平均数估测的样本容量探究

本试验以大麦、小麦、水稻、大豆、小豆5种作物9个植株群体作为研究对象,通过计算机模拟进行随机抽样,从而获得田间试验连续性数据的样本平均数分析所需的取样容量,研究表明:(1) 作物群体的变异系数因农艺性状而异,而且供试材料间也有一定的差异,根据变异系数的大小可将所研究的农艺性状分为3类.(2)农艺性状的取样容量与样本平均数的变异系数呈幂函数曲线关系:Y=b·N~(-1/2).(3)用直线方程Y=α+βX以tg10°、tg5°为斜率作 Y=b·N~(-1/2)曲线的切线,以切点将曲线分为3部分,即变异系数变化的剧烈区、过渡区和平缓区,取样容量区在过渡区内为宜,变异系数小的农艺性状取样容量为10～20株,变异系数大的农艺性状取样容量为30株左右,综合3类性状取样容量为25株,相当于总体变异系数的20％左右.

A Study on Sample Size for Estimating Means of Test Plats of Some Field Crops

The test object is nine plant populations of five crops.
