摘    要:文章介绍了四重滚筒式牧草烘干机的结构,针对四重滚筒式牧草烘干机的烘干工艺要求,提出了系统控制的软硬件设计方案,进行了模糊PID控制算法的仿真。结果表明,模糊PID算法优于常规PID算法,其调节时间短和控制精度高,能够满足牧草烘干工艺要求。

Abstract:In the research,the general structure and working principle of four-fold rotary hay dryer was introduced.Hardware and software design scheme was descnbed.then the principle of fuzzy PID control and PID control was analyzed and the control arithmetic was simulated and studied.The results showed that the automatic control system of the forage dryer had the advantages of well stability and high control precision,and the design met the requirements of the production technology.
