摘    要:目的]探索筛选烟草优良品种和培育优质壮苗烟草的理论和技术。方法]以云烟201、MS云87、云烟203为试材,测定其在不同水控条件下的生化指标,分析水控条件对其苗期生化特性的影响。结果]MS云87与云烟203、云烟201的硝酸还原酶活性差异显著,任意2个水控条件下的硝酸还原酶活性、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量均差异显著。任意2品种的蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量差异显著:在3个不同水控条件下,MS云87的硝酸还原酶活性最高,云烟203的硝酸还原酶活性最低;云烟201的蛋白质含量最高,云烟203的蛋白质含量最低。在相同水控条件下,云烟203的可溶性糖含量最高,云烟201的最低。结论]优良品种的选择对培育优质壮苗具有决定性作用,75%的水控条件最有利于烟苗的生长.
