拖网绞车变频控制系统设计

摘    要:基于拖网绞车的作业特点,设计了一种变频调速系统控制方案。该方案以拖网曳纲张力为控制对象,用PLC和变频器实现交流电机的变频控制,使拖网绞车保持恒张力状态。介绍了拖网绞车变频调速系统控制方案和基本组成,对绞车变频控制系统硬件电路和软件进行了设计。结果表明该控制系统具有运转精度高,稳定性好等优点,可以满足拖网绞车特殊环境条件下的安全、可靠运行。

Design of Frequency Converting System for Trawling Winch
Abstract:Based on the operational characteristics of trawling winch,the controlling scheme of the frequency converting system was designed. The scheme kept the trawl winch constant tension by PLC and conveyer control AC motor which used the trawling tension as control object. The variable frequency speed-adjusting system was introduced with the control scheme and constitution of the system,and the hardware circuit,software were designed as well. The results showed that the control system had advantages of high running accuracy and good stability,and could meet the safe, reliable operation for trawl winch under special environmental conditions.
