铝胁迫下大豆根系柠檬酸的分泌研究

摘    要:以大豆耐铝基因型"吉林70"为材料,采用液体培养的方法研究了铝胁迫下大豆根系柠檬酸分泌规律。结果表明:铝胁迫可使大豆根系分泌柠檬酸以抵抗铝的毒害,且柠檬酸的大量分泌是在铝胁迫6 h之后,说明其分泌方式应属于模式Ⅱ;分根试验表明,在同一株大豆幼苗中,铝只毒害与其接触的根,而对其他根基本不产生毒害。
