优质高产水稻新品种选育可行性分析

摘    要:近年来,国内水稻产量和品质育种已经取得一定的成绩,广西杂交水稻组合及常规水稻品种的产量和品质也有了较大的提高,但是仍然存在优质稻产量和品质不能同时提高的问题。针对这种情况,今后广西优质与高产水稻品种育种目标是加强大穗中长粒品种的选育,降低垩白粒率与垩白度,提高整精米率,调整直链淀粉含量与胶稠度等;在保持高产稳产和总量平稳的基础上,注意协调发展高档、中档、大众化优质稻。通过对优质、高产亲本的收集及选配等育种途径,可同时提高优质稻的产量和品质。

Abstract:In recent years,a certain achievements on the yield and quality breeding of rice have been achieved in China,and the yield and quality of hybrid rice combination and inbred varieties are also increased further in Guangxi,but the problem that the yield and quality of good quality rice can not be increased simultaneously still exists.Aiming at this situation,in the future,the breeding goals of good quality rice with high yield are to strengthen the breeding of large panicle and mid-long grain,reduce the chalky grain rate and chalkiness,increase the head rice rate,and adjust the amylase content and gel consistency,etc.On the base of keeping high and stable yield and total yield,the coordinated breeding of high-grade,mid-grade and popularization good quality rice should be paid attention to.Through the selection and breeding of rice parents with high yield and good quality,etc.it would be able to increase the yield and quality of good quality rice.
