珙桐与喜树茎次生木质部解剖构造的比较

摘    要:通过对珙桐与喜树茎次生木质部的比较解剖学观察,发现两种植物次生木质部结构中导管的穿孔类型虽然都属于梯状穿孔板,但穿孔的长短和穿孔上的横隔数却存在明显的差别.珙桐的导管梯状穿孔板上的横隔有77条,而喜树只有26条.表明两者在系统发育上可能不是处在一个水平上.

Comparison on the Anatomical Structure of Secondary Xylem in Stem Between Davidia involucrata and Camptotheca acuminata
Abstract:The anatomy of secondary xylem in stem with Davidia involucrata and Camptotheca acuminata was studied and compared. Even though the type of perforation in the terminal wall of vessels is scalariform ,there are obvious differences between the length of perforation plates and the number of bars on the scalariform perforation plates.The scalariform perforation plates in Davidia involucrata are formed by 77 bars ,but in Camptotheca acuminata , the scalariform perforation plates are formed by 26 bars. These results show that Davidia involucrata and Camptotheca acuminata stand in different level on the systemic position.To sum up we support A.L.Takhtajan's opinion that Davidia involucrata should be separated from Nyssa Family and to form a new familyDavidiaceae.
