乡镇级土地资源评价方法探讨

土地资源评价是在土地资源详查以后需开展的一项工作。为了更好地评价乡、镇等基层单位的土地质量,为当前生产和科学种田服务,本文在评价时先将组成土地的各个因子区分为诊断因子和质量因子,通过诊断因子合理组合成质量因子,按各因子对土地质量影响的轻重主次确定其权重,求算其指数。然后,将指数加权综合得各土地评价单元的综合指数,按综合指数的大小划分土地质量等级。这项工作虽较繁琐,但评价结果能更接近实际。

AN APPROACH TO THE EVALUATION OF LAND RESOURCES IN VILLAGES AND TOWNS

Land resources are usually evaluated after their thorough survey. In order to evaluate better the land quality of villages and towns to serve the production and scientific farming, first, factors as land components are divided into diagnostic and qualitative factors. The qualitative factors are properly composed, based on the diagnostic factors. Then, according to effects of every factor on land quality, weights are fixed, and the index is made up. Finally, by making the index and weight complex, the complex index of every unit of land evaluation is obtained, on the basis of which land is classified qualitatively. The work is more complicated, but the result is more practical.
