SWOT Analyses on the Ecotourism of Yunnan Sedan Snow Mountain Nature Reserve

The result of SWOT analysis on ecotourism resource of Yunnan Sedan Snow Mountain Nature Reserve shows that both advantages and disadvantage are obvious,meanwhile the opportunities exist and the challenges are huge as a matter of fact.In detail,natural landscape has featured with congenital superiority and uniqueness,rare biodiversity and rich national cultural travel resources.In terms of inferior aspect,traffic is inconvenient,travel infrastructure and service levels are relatively lagging,and the participation of periphery community residents are low.With regard to the opportunity,there are reliable policy guarantee and development priorities,rich intellectual and technical resource to borrow.The existing challenges are identified as adjacent tourism development,short of scientific basis and sustainability.Thus,this paper puts forward developmental measures to strive for capital input,to reinforce tourism infrastructure,to raise the consciousness of environmental protection,and to develop tourism products and etc.
