三球悬铃木叶的解剖结构

摘    要:采用石蜡切片法制片对三球悬铃木(法国梧桐)叶片解剖结构进行研究。结果表明:三球悬铃木叶由表皮、叶肉和叶脉三部分组成,叶片厚度142.4μm。三球悬铃木叶主脉上下的表皮细胞小且排列紧密;只在上表皮分布栅栏组织,海绵组织发达;叶脉发达;气孔密度大,31.63个/单位面积。抗旱性比一球悬铃木差。

Abstract:Paraffin sectioning method was employed to study the anatomical structure of the leaf of Platanus orientalis L.The result showed that the leaf of Platanus orientalis L.consists of epidermis, mesophill and veins,with its thickness to be142.4μm.The epidermal cells around the principal vein was small and closely arranged and its palisade tissues were distributed in the epidermis,its spongy tissues and veins well developed.There were densely distributed stomata on the surface of the leaf with a density of 31.63 per unit area,showing less drought resistant than Platanus occidentalis Linn.
