| 摘 要： | 在定义蚕业合作社的基础上,对我国蚕业合作社的发起、社员的权利与义务、投票权的设置、运行方式等进行了概括,总结了蚕业合作社主要有科技示范、市场开拓、抵御风险、降低成本、提高蚕茧质量及财政补贴等六大功能。提出了我国蚕业合作社发展的几点意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of sericulture cooperatives,the article reviewed the origin of sericulture cooperatives in China and its members'rights and obligations as well as the operation of voting right.It is concluded that the function of the cooperatives mainly include 6 aspects involving sci-tech demonstration,market exploitation,risk resistance,cost reduction,cocoon quality improvement and fiscal subsidy.In addition,the future development for China's sericulture cooperatives is also suggested. |
