木霉菌和番茄叶表主要微生物间关系

摘    要:对番茄叶表分离到的几种真菌和木霉菌BTW41(T.atroviride)之间相互关系作了初步研究,研究发现木霉菌具有较强的营养竞争能力,几种叶面真菌和木霉菌混合处理叶片试验中,黑曲霉菌混合木霉菌的处理会影响木霉菌在番茄叶表的定殖,使木霉菌在番茄叶表的定殖量减少,而其它几种真菌未使木霉菌定殖量减少。

Abstract:The factors were studied in detail about the interactions of several phyllosphere non-pathogenic Microorganisms and Trichoderma. The results showed that the colonizing ability of Trichoderma could be lessened on leaf surface by Aspergillus niger,The Colonizing ability of Trichoderma could be affected by the existence of Aspergillus niger in phyllosphere before Trichoderma initiated colonization which associated with the competition to exudates and space in phyllosphere between the two fungi.
