调查表明富阳、临安两县部分乡镇的双孢蘑菇稳产高产的主要技术措施有3条:一是培养料粪草比例大于4∶5,牛粪含量占总粪含量的50％以上;二是采用“二次发酵”技术;三是用砻糠细土作覆土材料。

Research on The High-yield Culture Techniques of Bisporous Mushroom

In some villages and towns of Fuyang county and Lin'an county, yield and quality of bisporous mushroom could be considerally increased by the use of three major culture techniques, 1. The feces-grass ratio of growing medium was over 0.8, cattle manure constituting over 50 per cent of the total amount of feces used. 2. The quadratic fermentation of growing medium was adopted. 3. Rice chaff and fine earth were used as a covering material.
