摘    要:以某农业示范园喷灌系统为背景,根据其原喷灌系统存在的耗能大、水压波动大和自动化程度低等缺陷,研发了模糊PID恒压喷灌控制系统。根据喷灌系统管网的水压、流量等参数和气温、季节等情况,调整水泵的投入台数及转速,实现全自动喷灌。针对控制系统的模型,对模糊自适应PID算法进行了研究和计算机仿真。运行结果表明,系统采用模糊PID控制后,其稳定性得到了较大的改善,响应时间大大缩短,超调量得到了明显改善,可根据不同气温和不同季节全面调控水量,消除管路压力的波动,保证了喷灌质量,达到了节能降耗目的。

Abstract:The fuzzy PID constant-pressure control system of spray irrigation is developed in the light of a system applied in an exemplary plantation which has defects of great energy consumption, fluctuating hydraulic pressure and poor automation. The PID system attains utter automation by adjusting the input number and rotational speed of net pumps in accordance with parameters of hydraulic pressure and flow as well as conditions such as temperature and seasons. Based on the model of control system, this article takes a probe into PID calculation of fuzzy self-adjustment and makes emulation on computers. The result of running shows that with adoption of fuzzy PID, the stability of the system is greatly improved, its response time is largely shortened and overshooting amount is apparently bettered. Moreover, the system can comprehensively regulate discharge of water and eliminate fluctuation of hydraulic pressure in terms of different temperature and seasons. Hence, the quality of spray irrigation is guaranteed and energy is economized as well.
