apoE基因对大白猪和长白猪产仔数的影响研究

摘    要:根据载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因在GenBank中的已知序列设计了8对引物,采用PCR-SSCP的方法在1个大白猪和长白猪群体中对apoE基因的全部编码区序列及部分5′-调控区的序列进行SNP检测。结果表明:在外显子3发现了1个T1826C突变,在5′-调控区-512~-544位置处发现33 bp长度的片段缺失。对这2个突变位点与产仔数进行了关联分析,表明该SNP和缺失突变的基因型效应对总产仔数和产活仔数影响均不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:Eight pairs of primers were designed based on the known sequence in GenBank for amplification of apoE gene in a Large White and a Landrace herd.The SNP detecting on partial sequence of apoE gene was conducted by PCR-SSCP and the results showed that there was T1826C in exon3.In Addition,a-512~-544 deletion of 5′-regulation region was found.Linear model was conducted to estimate the least squares means of the litter size and the effect of genotypes.The effect of the alleles was not significant in total number born and number born alive(P > 0.05).
