| 摘 要： | 探讨植物生长调节物质(BA、NAA、IBA、IAA)对石斛兰微体快繁效果的影响。结果表明:石斛兰增殖培养适宜的BA和NAA浓度都为0.5mg/L;而根诱导以生长素IAA较好,其适宜的浓度为1.0～2.0mg/L。

| Abstract: | The influences of plant growth regulators(BA,NAA,IBA,IAA)on Dendrobium nobile Lindl.micro-propagation was reported in this paper.The results showed that the proper concentrations of both BA and NAA for Dendrobium nobile Lindl.induction in new shoot was 0.5 mg/L,yet only IAA worked well for the induction in root,and the proper concentration was 1.0-2.0mg/L. |
