盐碱地不同菊芋品系菊糖含量的比较

摘    要:用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了菊芋品系R3、R4、B1、B5、B8中菊糖的含量,其中,以蒽酮-硫酸法显色测定总多糖,以DNS法显色测定了还原糖。实验结果表明,不同菊芋品系间菊糖含量为8.37%~16.78%,品系间差异极显著,品系R4的菊糖含量最高,达16.78%。

Comparison of Synanthrin Content in Different Lines of Jerusalem Artichoke in Alkaline Land

Abstract:Synanthrin content in five different lines of Jerusalem artichoke was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry in strain R3,R4,B1,B5 and B8.The content of total polysaccharide was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid coloration,and the content of reducing sugar by DNS coloration.The results showed that the synanthrin content of different artichoke lines was 8.37%-16.78%,and the strain R4 was the highest about 16.78%.
