姬松茸水溶性粗多糖对镉中毒小鼠肝脏保护作用及其机理的研究

摘    要:探讨姬松茸水溶性粗多糖对镉中毒小鼠肝脏的保护作用。150只SPF级雄性健康小白鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3共5组,模型组与3个试验组采用同一水平镉染毒,但同时对3个试验组给予不同剂量的姬松茸水溶性粗多糖溶液进行保护,试验日程为5周。从第2周开始每周每组取7只小鼠采血,分离血浆,测定并统计ALT、AST、TP生化指标的动态变化。结果表明,与对照组比较,模型组小鼠ALT、AST显著升高(P0.05),TP含量显著降低(P0.05);与模型组比较,试验组2、试验组3小鼠的ALT、AST显著降低(P0.05),TP含量显著升高(P0.05)。这表明镉染毒同时灌胃姬松茸水溶性粗多糖溶液对镉中毒小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:The protective effects and mechanism of hydrophilic polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei Murrill on the liver of tested mice with cadmium poisoning were evaluated. 150 SPF grade male healthy mice were randomly divided into five groups, which were control group, model group, experiment group 1, experiment group 2, experiment group 3. Three experiment groups and model group were administered the same level of cadmium poisoning. Simultaneously different dosage polysaccharides solution was given to the three experiment groups for five weeks. From the second week, blood of seven mice were taken in each group. After plasma separation, the dynamic changes of ALT, AST, TP were determined and summed up. Compared with control group, the activities of ALT and AST in the model group mice were significantly high ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the contents of TP in the model group mice decreased significantly(P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the activities of ALT and AST in the experiment group 3 and the experiment group 2 mice were significantly low(P 〈 0. 05 ), and the contents of TP in the experiment group 3 and the experiment group 2 mice were significantly high ( P 〈 0.05 ). The results indicated that high dose hydrophilie polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei Murrill had significantly protective effects on liver of tested mice with cadmium poisoning.
