家蚕微粒子病蛾不同制种日分布状况分析

摘    要:对 194个原种带毒批微粒子病母蛾在不同制种日之间的分布状况做了统计分析 ,结果表明 :72 4 6 %的带毒批在不同制种日之间微粒子孢子带毒集团检出率未见显著差异 ;2 7 5 4 %带毒批在不同制种日之间微粒子孢子带毒集团检出率有显著差别 ,制种首、末日带毒蛾数的多少没有明显的规律。在家蚕母蛾微粒子病抽样检查时 ,应采取逐日分层抽样方法 ,以提高送检样本对全批毒率的代表性。如果有选择地在某一天袋蛾 ,不仅不能正确反应该批的微毒情况 ,反而可能使检验样本的毒率增高 ,造成合格蚕种的误淘汰 ;也有可能造成检验样本的毒率降低 ,导致不合格蚕种流入市场。

Abstract:The moths carrying pebrine of 194 parent races have been made the statistic analysis about the distribution status between different seed production's days. The result showed that the difference of pebrine contamination rate among various seed production day in 74.46% of groups carrying pebrine wasn't significant whereas that in 27.54% of groups carrying pebrine was significant. It is not shown that the daily contamination in the first or last day is higher than average pebrine contamination. So it is considered that we should adopt the method of day-to-day sampling to heighten the representation of the testing moths to lot fraction defective. Actually, enclosing in some special day not only can't reflect the status of lot fraction defective, but also can heighten the pebrine contamination of the testing moths, which result in getting rid of uncontaminated silkworm seeds. On the other hand, enclosing in some special day may play down the pebrine contamination of the testing moths, which result in the distribution of pebrine contaminated eggs into market.
