摘    要:介绍了曲轴激光淬火强化系统,采用千瓦级快速轴流激光器对球铁曲轴进行激光淬火强化试验,探讨了曲轴激光淬火强化时轴颈和圆角的激光扫描轨迹方式、功率密度及扫描速度等工艺参数对球铁激光强化性能的影响,指出了曲轴激光强化工程应用所要解决的主要问题。研究结果表明,球铁曲轴经激光淬火强化后,能获得较高的表面硬度和残余压应力,因而能有效的提高和改善曲轴的使用寿命。

Abstract:The laser hardening system which used for crankshafts was introduced, and the investigation on the surface hardening of a nodular iron crankshaft was carried out by using a kW CO 2 laser system. The key technologies, mechanism of strengthening, laser processes, as well as laser beam scanning pattern were analyzed. The effects of laser hardening processing parameters,such as power density, scanning speed, etc. on the properties of nodular iron hardening were studied. The results showed that under the condition of optimum process, high hardness and residual compressive stresses at the specimen surface were obtained so that the fatigue life of crankshafts could be improved. Finally, the key problem that affected engineering application of laser hardening for crankshafts was indicated.
