摘    要:研究了三种生物碱对麦蚜的杀虫效果。结果表明:10%皂素烟碱1000倍、40%硫酸烟碱1000倍和0.3%苦参碱300倍对麦蚜的田间防效均稳定保持在98%以上,并能保护麦田中的天敌数量。此3种生物碱与40%氧化乐果乳油作药效对照.防蚜效果相当。对于减少化学农药污染环境,开发我国极其丰富的植物性农药资源,具有极显著的社会、生态和经济效益。

Abstract:This paper deals with the insecticidal effects of three kinds of alkaloids on wheataphids. The results showed that the effectiveness of 10 % Rape saponin nicotine (1000×), 40 %Sulfuric acid nicotine (1000×) and 0.3 % Kurarinon (300×) to the wheat aphids in fields hadkept a stable killing effects more than 98 %, and the numbers of natural enemies on the wheatfields were protected. The effectiveness of alkaloids on killing aphids were similar to those of40 % 0methoate Ec. It has extremely remarkable ecological, Social and economical significanceto decrease the pollution of chemical insectcides and to exploit the rich resources of plantinsecticides in China.
