苹果汁中果酸的分子吸附法生产工艺研究

摘    要:通过比较3种大孔阴离子交换树脂对苹果汁中果酸的吸附效果,得出D300R树脂对果酸的吸附效果最佳。在此基础上探讨了D300R树脂对果酸的吸附性能及pH值、温度对此树脂吸附性能的影响。结果表明D300R树脂对果酸的最大吸附体积可达树脂体积的18倍,其最佳操作参数为pH4.0,温度45℃。
