| 摘 要： | 杂交水稻是我国具有自主知识产权的重大科技成果。由于缺乏对核心技术的知识产权保护,杂交水稻种业培育错失良机。针对我国杂交水稻研发现状,为应对跨国种业集团的竞争,需要不断提高杂交水稻种业研发的能力和企业竞争力,加快种子产业集约化、市场化、产业化发展,确保粮食安全。
