摘    要:采用不同浓度的Na2CO3对8个番茄品种的芽期进行了盐胁迫处理,以清水(CK)为对照.试验结果表明,随着Na2CO3浓度的增加8个番茄品种芽内SOD活性呈现先升后降的趋势;高浓度Na2CO3胁迫下,番茄幼苗体内脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量.POD活性呈较高水平,说明高盐胁迫对植株的伤害比较严重.综合来看,在8个供试的番茄品种中,圣女、沈农大红、紫梅耐盐性较强.粉红番茄、西番206番茄、佳粉17耐盐性中等,月光番茄和L-402耐盐性较弱,试验中8个番茄品种对盐胁迫敏感程度存在差异.

Abstract:Eight tomato cultivars were treated with 5 Na2CO3 densities in bud stage.The water was took as the CK.The results indicated that SOD content increased first,then fallen in the bud stage with the Na2CO3 increase;under the high Na2CO3 stress,proline,soluble sugar,POD content kept the high level,this showed that the high salty stress was serious to the plant's injury.The tolerance to salt of Shennv,Shennongdahong,and Zimei was strong,Fenhong Tomato,Xifan 206 Tomato,Jiafen was medium and Yueguang Tomato,L-402 w...
