河朔荛花农药生物活性初探

目的]对河朔荛花进行杀虫、抑菌生物活性筛选,并对其活性成分进行分离提纯。方法]用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇对河朔荛花进行超声波提取,进行粘虫、蚜虫的杀虫生物活性测定,以及对苹果炭疽病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、马铃薯干腐病菌、小麦赤霉病菌及番茄早疫病菌的抑菌活性测定。并采用活性追踪法,应用常压柱层析法结合重结晶T、LC等技术,对河朔荛花石油醚浸膏中活性成分进行了分离。结果]在浓度为500 mg/L时,河朔荛花3种提取物对5种供试菌种均没有明显的抑菌活性;在浓度为5%时石油醚提取物对蚜虫具有一定的触杀活性;乙酸乙酯提取物对3龄粘虫具有一定的拒食活性;对石油醚提取物通过柱层析分离,得馏分F4对蚜虫的触杀活性最高,其致死率达60.00%。结论]河朔荛花所含的杀虫活性成分较多,其活性部分及作用机理值得进一步研究。
