两种真菌纤维素酶饲用研究初报

摘    要:以麸质饲料为培养基,培养黑曲霉F27(AspergillusnigerF27)和绿色木霉T1(TirichodermavirideT1)生产纤维素酶。两种真菌的CMC酶活力均低于在稻草粉营养盐培养基中的酶活力,麸质饲料的还原糖含量明显下降。表明饲用纤维素酶以外加酶法为佳。在猪和家禽消化系统环境条件下,黑曲霉F27的纤维素酶的作用适宜温度范围、热稳定性和对麸质饲料、肉鸡饲料及猪饲料的糖化率等方面,均优于绿色木霉T1。在作用适宜pH值范围和pH稳定性方面,此两种真菌的纤维素酶具有一定的互补性。

Abstract:Using bran feed as medium to cultivate Aspeugillus niger F27 and Tirichoderma T1, the enzyme activities of CMCase and FP-enzyme of these two kinds of fungi are less powerful than in the rice straw medium, and the reductive sugar of the bran feed is also decreased. So it's better to make feed cellulase with extra enzyme. The optimum temperature,the stablity of temperature and the effect of hydrochloric on bran feed, chicken feed and pig feed of the cellulases of these two kinds of fungi are tested. The results showed that F27 is more proper than T1.The optimum pH and the stablity of pH conditions in pigs and domestic fowls digestive systems,CMCase and FP-enzyme of these two kinds of fungi have obviously mutual.
