黄褐毛忍冬叶解剖结构与抗旱性关系研究

摘    要:目的]为黄褐毛忍冬规范化栽培提供技术参考。方法]对黄褐毛忍冬叶解剖结构在显微镜下观察其叶肉组织的分化,在扫描电镜下观察其腺毛和气孔的形状及大小。结果]研究发现黄褐毛忍冬叶具典型的旱生结构特征:叶片面积较小,密被绒毛,气孔密度大、开度小,角质层和细胞壁较厚,木质部和栅栏组织发育良好,维管系统发达。结论]黄褐毛忍冬对干旱生境具有一定的适应能力。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to provide technical reference for standardized cultivation of Lonicera fulvotomentosa.Method] The differentiation of mesophyll tissue in anatomical structure of L.fulvotomentosa was observed by microscope.The shape and size of tentacle and stoma was observed by scanning electron microscope.Result] It was found that L. fulvotomentosa possessed the characters of xeromorphic structure,such as small leaf area,dense floss under the leaf surface,high stoma density,small opening degree,thick cuticle,well-developed xylem and palisade tissues,developed conducting tissue.Conclusion]L. fulvotomentosa had certain ability to live under drought condition.
